  1. Glass fiber gridding cloth

     

    Glass fiber is a kind of inorganic nonmetallic material with excellent performance, with a wide variety of advantages, such as good insulation, strong heat resistance, good corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength. Glass fiber is usually used as reinforcing material in composite materials, electrical insulation material, thermal insulation material, circuit substrate and other fields of national economy.

    Glass fiber cloth draws glass into very fine glass fiber, which has good flexibility at this time. The glass fiber can be spun into yarn and then woven into glass fiber cloth by weaving machine.

    1. It is used between low temperature - 196 ℃ and high temperature 300 ℃, with weather resistance.

    Glass fiber gridding cloth is made of glass fiber woven fabric as the base material and coated with high molecular anti lotion. Therefore, it has good alkali resistance, flexibility and high tensile resistance in longitude and latitude, and can be widely used for thermal insulation, waterproof, fire prevention, crack resistance, etc. of internal and external walls of buildings. The glass fiber mesh cloth is mainly made of alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh cloth. It is made of medium alkali-free glass fiber yarn (mainly composed of silicate and good chemical stability) by twisting and weaving a special organizational structure - leno tissue, and then subjected to high-temperature heat setting treatment such as alkali-resistant and reinforcing agent.

Glass fiber geogrid
Glass fiber geogrid is a new type of excellent geotechnical base material for strengthening pavement and subgrade. The product is woven and coated with glass fiber filament. Glass fiber geogrid has high tensile strength in both vertical and horizontal directions, low elongation, high modulus of elasticity, and excellent resistance to high and low temperatures. After surface coating, it has excellent alkali resistance and aging resistance, and is widely used in the reinforcement of asphalt pavement, cement concrete pavement and subgrade; Both rigid pavement and flexible pavement can be applied. Compared with traditional pavement, it can reduce cost, prolong service life and prevent road reflection cracks. The glass fiber geogrid can also be used for the reinforcement of soft soil such as railway, airport, water conservancy, embankment and the reinforcement of subgrade.
Product features:
1) High tensile strength and low elongation - glass fiber geogrid is made of glass fiber and has high deformation resistance, with elongation at break less than 3%.
2) No long-term creep - As a reinforcing material, it is extremely important to have the ability to resist deformation under long-term load, that is, creep resistance. Glass fiber will not creep, which ensures that the product can maintain its performance for a long time.
3) Thermal stability - the melting temperature of glass fiber is above 1000 , which ensures the thermal stability of glass fiber geogrid during paving.
4) Compatibility with asphalt mixture - The material coated by glass fiber geogrid in the post-treatment process is designed for asphalt mixture. Each fiber is fully coated and has high compatibility with asphalt, thus ensuring that the glass fiber geogrid will not be isolated from the asphalt mixture in the asphalt layer, but firmly combined.
5) Physical and chemical stability - after coating with special post-treatment agent, glass fiber geogrid can resist various physical and chemical erosion, biological erosion and climate change, and ensure its performance is not affected.
6) Aggregate locking and restriction - because the glass fiber geogrid is a network structure, the aggregate in the asphalt concrete can penetrate through it, thus forming a mechanical locking. This restriction hinders the movement of aggregate, and enables the asphalt mixture to achieve better compaction state, higher bearing capacity, better load transfer performance
and smaller deformation under load.

Main purpose

1. The old asphalt concrete pavement shall be reinforced to strengthen the asphalt surface layer and prevent diseases.

2. The cement concrete pavement is reconstructed into a composite pavement to prevent reflection cracks caused by plate shrinkage.

3. Road expansion and reconstruction works to prevent cracks caused by new and old junction and uneven settlement.

4. The reinforcement treatment of soft soil foundation is conducive to the water separation and consolidation of soft soil, effectively restraining the settlement, uniform stress distribution, and enhancing the overall strength of the subgrade.

5. The semi-rigid base course of the new road produces shrinkage cracks, and the reinforcement is strengthened to prevent the pavement cracks caused by the reflection of the foundation cracks.
